Agreement.

By installing or using Ownus, you agree to these terms with Ownus Labs LLC. If you don't, please don't use the app. The store you bought from (Apple or Google) has its own terms, and those apply alongside ours.

Ownus is a tracker, not a trainer.

Ownus is not a doctor, a coach, or a substitute for either. It helps you log lifts and see your history. That's the job.

Talk to a qualified healthcare provider or trainer before starting a new program. You lift at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries or health outcomes from workouts you do, whether the app suggested them or not.

What's whose.

Your training data is yours. Export it, delete it, take it anywhere. The privacy page has the details.

The Ownus name, code, design, and content are ours. Please don't copy or redistribute them.

The lawyerly part.

Ownus is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and anyone working on Ownus are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the app. That includes things like lost data, lost profits, or injury. If a court ever finds us liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid for the app.

Updates.

We ship updates. They may add, change, or remove features. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

Changes to these terms.

If we update these terms, the new version goes here with a fresh "last updated" date. Material changes get called out.
